Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment.

Shipping Fees

  • Standard Shipping: Free Worldwide

  • Express Shipping: Chargeable
  • Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer for Express Shipping. 

For Countries under European Union, 

  • For orders above €150, VAT and duties are handled at customs, and the customer may need to pay these fees upon delivery even if it is standard shipping.
  •  For orders below €150 we take care customs duties and import taxes (applicable for Standard Shipping method)

For UK:

  • For orders above £135, VAT and duties are handled at customs, and the customer may need to pay these fees upon delivery even if it is standard shipping.
  • For orders below £135, we take care customs duties and import taxes. (applicable for Standard Shipping method)

 

Tracking & Order Status

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your order here.

Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
  • We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please check with your local courier or neighbors.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered.
