ElitePlus Return & Exchange Policy
1). Return Eligibility
Time Frame: Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Products that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for return or exchange.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Final Sale Items: Certain products, such as clearance items or undergarments, are marked as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Custom or Personalized Items: Products that have been customized or personalized are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Unacceptable Dispute Claims
We will not accept disputes based on unreasonable claims, including but not limited to:
a. The buyer no longer wants or likes the product.
b. The product description does not meet the buyer’s personal expectations.
c. The product has an unexpected or unusual scent.
d. The buyer ordered the wrong item or SKU.
e. The shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete.
f. Any product differences that were previously agreed upon.
g. Tracking information was deleted by logistics providers or local postal services.
h. The package was returned, discarded, or detained due to the recipient’s failure to comply with customs clearance procedures or foreign trade policies of the destination country.
3. Return Process
Initiation: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at Elitegroupin@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and the return address. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item from our end. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking information.
For returns, it's best to use a cost-effective and trackable shipping method, such as local postal services or economy shipping options. This ensures affordability while allowing you to monitor the return progress.
Commonly used shipping methods for returns include USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, Australia Post, and China Post. These are affordable and provide tracking options.
4. Exchanges
Process: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process to send back the original item. Once received and inspected, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.
Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative options.
5. Refunds
Processing Time: Once your return is received & inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original method of payment typically within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as items with obvious signs of use or any item not in its original condition.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
Reporting: if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference.
