1. What is the best way to return a product?
For returns, we recommend using a cost-effective and trackable shipping method, such as local postal services or economy shipping options. This ensures affordability while allowing you to monitor the return progress.
Commonly used shipping methods include USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, Australia Post, and China Post, as they offer reliable tracking at reasonable rates.
2. Does ElitePlus offer doorstep pickup for returns or exchanges?
No, we currently do not provide doorstep pickup for returns or exchanges. Customers are responsible for returning the product to our warehouse. Once received, we will process the exchange or refund accordingly.
3. Does ElitePlus deliver the exchanged product to the customer’s doorstep for free?
No, the delivery of an exchanged product requires additional shipping fees. Our return and exchange policy does not include free reshipping.
4. In what cases does ElitePlus cover the return or exchange shipping costs?
Customers do not need to pay for return or exchange shipping if the issue is caused by us, including:
✔ Receiving a damaged product
✔ Receiving the wrong item
✔ Missing products from the order
If the return or exchange is due to personal reasons (e.g., size, color preference, or change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
5. Why is there a shipping fee for returns or exchanges if you offer free shipping?
Our "free shipping" policy applies only to the initial purchase. Return and exchange shipping fees are separate and are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is due to an error on our part.
